Powerexpo Almaty

KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL ENERGY, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND MACHINE BUILDING EXHIBITION

Since its debut in 2001, Kazakhstan International Powerexpo Almaty exhibition annually presents a full range of the latest equipment, technologies and services for the energy industry, becoming a traditional platform for business meetings, experience exchange, new contacts establishment and negotiations.

The exhibition is traditionally supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Administration of Almaty city; JSC "Samruk-Energy"; JSC «Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company KEGOC»; Kazakhstan Electricity Association; Kazakhstan Association of Energy Auditors and Union of Power Engineers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2012, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry has awarded Power Kazakhstan exhibition (currently Powerexpo Almaty) with "UFI Approved Event" sign, which further consolidated its status of a reputable international event.

Research and educational institutions, manufacturers and suppliers of electrical equipment, cable-conductor, control systems, communications, relay protection and automation, diagnostics tools and lighting producers are welcome to take part in Powerexpo Almaty.

In 2023, there were 117 companies from 10 countries of the world, including Austria, Armenia, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Slovakia, Finland and France. Collective stands were presented by the Mordovian, Chuvash Republics and the Orenburg region. Attendance indicators also showed active growth. 2710 industry professionals became guests of Powerexpo Almaty 2023. As part of the business program, 30 speakers took part in 10 specialized sessions.

The primary visitor audience is formed by professionals, including delegations invited from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan; representatives of state structures and departments; heads of enterprises of FEC, engineering and technical services; management of REC, TPP, HPP, chief engineers and energy workers of public utilities and industrial enterprises; representatives of project, construction, installation organizations; specialists from transport, service and trade enterprises.
